Stage 1

Detail experience background

using BDM Career History Questionnaire (CHQ)


  • Provides detailed skills and work experience information ensuring an accurate candidate match.
Ensures the right fit for both the employer and candidate
Interviewing As Easy As 1-2-3


When the first suitable position is identified we inform the candidate which stages must be completed.


On future opportunities, stages completed within 24 months usually do not have to be repeated.


Stage 3

Oral Interview conducted

by phone or Skype

  • The second of two parts of the interview, conducted only after successful completion of Stage 2.
  • Question are related to the answers and information from stages 1 and 2.

  • Once completed the documented results have proven to be relevant for up to 24 months and can continuously be used to present the candidate for the job & career opportunities he or she chooses to apply to.

Stage 2

Written interview using the BDM General Interview Questionnaire (GIQ)


  • The first of two parts of the interview.
  • The GIQ is emailed to the candidate at the time of his or her choosing.
  • The candidate has 60 or 90 minutes to complete and return the GIQ.

  • Our process usually eliminates the need for preliminary or exploratory interviews between a candidate and prospective employer; a great benefit to candidates in limitiing time off from a current job during a search.


  • Candidates can complete the process in a single session or one stage at a time, and even take advantage of evening and weekend interview times.
